1 tablespoon of ginger, 1 tablespoon of fresh coriander
3 tablespoons of Kikkoman soy sauce
Black pepper and table salt
Preparation:
Trim part of the beef steak or tender cut, then cut it into 180g-200g slices.
Prepare a marinade with chopped ginger, chopped coriander and soy sauce. Place the meat in a dish and drizzle the marinade over it. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Be very careful not to use too much salt because the soy sauce is particularly salty. Fry on the griddle, depending on the cooking, and add a good amount of milled pepper.
